Kate’s journey began with acupuncture during her pregnancy 20 years ago—a moment that transformed her health and direction in life. Today, as a licensed acupuncturist, skincare expert, and wellness educator, Kate brings a calm, deeply intuitive presence to Helia. Her care is rooted in knowledge, compassion, and lived experience.
